What Ticket options are available?
We offer two distinct ticket options for Hidden Garden 2025:
- General Admission – Perfect for guests looking to enjoy the relaxed and vibrant atmosphere of the Hidden Garden, with access from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM. This includes live entertainment, a riverside bar, and curated experiences throughout the day.
- VIP Hospitality Tables – For those seeking a more luxurious experience, we offer exclusive VIP tables for 4, 8, or 10 guests. Set within the prestigious grounds of Fawley Court, these packages include: – All-day access to the Hidden Garden
– Private table on the terrace with 200m of uninterrupted river views
– Michelin-star lunch by Jeru, Mayfair
– Champagne & canapé reception
– Unlimited wine, beer, and house spirits until 4 PM
– Live bands, DJ sets, and sunset boat rides (optional)

Can I buy tickets on the door?
No, tickets cannot be purchased on the door. Access to The Hidden Garden is exclusively available to members and tickets must be booked in advance via the member’s portal on our website.
What is the dress code at The Hidden Garden?
The dress code is smart-casual – partywear is encouraged!
Dresses and skirts do not have to be worn below the knee – and ties and blazers are not required for entry.
Tailored shorts are allowed, as well as jumpsuits/trouser suits and callouts.
Smart/fashion trainers are allowed!
Entry will be refused if you are wearing jeans, caps or sportswear of any kind.
What time do you open and close?
The Hidden Garden opens daily at 11:30 AM and closes at 8:00 PM during Henley Royal Regatta 2025. VIP guests with table bookings enjoy all-day access to the venue, with entertainment, dining, and drinks available throughout the experience.

How do I find The Hidden Garden at Henley Royal Regatta?
The Hidden Garden is located within the private grounds of Fawley Court, a historic estate situated along Remenham Lane, Henley-on-Thames, RG9 3AE. This exclusive riverside setting offers a serene and luxurious environment, perfect for enjoying the Henley Royal Regatta.
Are dogs & under 21s permitted into the venue?
The Hidden Garden is an over-21s venue. Guests under the age of 21 are not permitted unless accompanied as part of a family group.
Please note that dogs are not allowed within the venue under any circumstances, to maintain the comfort and safety of all guests.
Is food available to buy in the venue?
Food is included as part of the VIP Table experience, featuring a Michelin-star luncheon banquet by Jeru, Mayfair, served at your private table.
For guests with general admission tickets, curated food options and bar service are available throughout the day as part of the Hidden Garden’s hospitality offering.
Please note: All food service is designed to reflect the premium nature of the event.

A VIP Table booking at The Hidden Garden includes an all-day experience designed for comfort, indulgence, and celebration. Your booking includes:

Our unrivalled event expertise and knowledge of the local area can help you plan a truly incredible Henley Royal Regatta experience. The Hidden Garden can be exclusively hired on certain days during regatta. Please email bookings@hiddengarden.axosocial.io with your preferred date, numbers and the occasion
What happens if I can’t attend?
If you have bought a General Admission ticket but can no longer attend The Hidden Garden, you are welcome to gift or sell your ticket.
Please note, if you do so, the ticket will still be attributed to you, so the new owner of the ticket will need to mention your name on the door.

Travel information for drivers or those travelling by taxi
The Hidden Garden is located within the private grounds of Fawley Court, Henley-on-Thames. For guests driving to the venue, parking is included in your package. Upon arrival, attendants will greet you. It is recommended to approach via Marlow to avoid Henley town centre traffic. Please note that access to the site is permitted from 11:30 AM onwards.
For guests arriving by taxi, there is a designated drop-off point at the entrance gates of Fawley Court. We advise pre-booking your return transport to ensure prompt collection, as traffic can be heavy at the end of the day. Guests are welcome to wait in the venue entrance until their taxis arrive.

What’s Different for the Saturday?
Saturday at The Hidden Garden offers the same luxurious experience as the other days, including all-day access, riverside views, entertainment, and hospitality. However, unlike midweek days where VIP hospitality starts from £650 per head, Saturday tickets are offered as part of a premium general admission experience rather than VIP tables.
Guests can still enjoy access to the riverside bar, live music, curated food and drink offerings, and the vibrant atmosphere The Hidden Garden is known for.
